While we were in Charleston, we celebrated my brother's birthday a little bit early. Thankfully, we had opened most of the boxes and found the kitchenware. I made white chicken enchilladas (note to self: share the recipe on the blog) that are so delicious! Hilary made a Pistachio cake, Aaron opened a couple of gifts, and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest.
